The house for sale is situated on the edge of a rural village called Yesilkoy (meaning green village) approximately 40 km from Didim town centre; 20km from Soke town centre; 10 km from the Didim Soke main road. The village is connected to Soke town Council rather than Didim town council.  The village has approximately 200 houses in it and a population of approximately 350.  Almost all of the neighbours live in the village 12 months of the year. The beautiful lake shown in the property photos (Azap Lake) is approximately 900 metres from the house and gardens. The land at the villa is a sizeable 246m2.  

The property deeds (tapu) is for a house plus land meaning that the house has its full planning permission. There is no habitation licence for this house nor any of the properties in the village, as is normal for most villages. The property is eligible for a bank mortgage.

The property itself consists of two bedrooms; one kitchen and one bathroom. There is an external WC; a depot storage area under the ground floor of the house. There is a veranda at the property and a large garden area.  Obviously, the house requires a certain amount of modernisation for it to be habitable. Estimated work costs are 15,000 TL for basic modernisation or approximately 30,000TL  for a full modernisation. The roof only requires minimum work and the water and electricity supplies are working perfectly well.
