We have split the testimonials in to 2 sections: 1) from clients who bought property through Didim Sun Properties and 2) from clients who have used other property related services from Didim Sun Properties.

Buying Clients

We were first introduced to Didim Sun by a builder in 2006. We were interested to buy his duplex apartment but we didn't in the end as I guess we just weren't ready to make the leap, at that time. At that time Kelly assisted us. Anyway, we kept her card as she seemed like a genuine person. The next year, we decided to go back and emailed Didim Sun to ask them to source some properties for us to look at as we had changed our mind about buying a duplex by then. We bought an apartment with Didim Sun in October 2007, received deeds, habitation etc in spring 2008 and we have kept in touch with Yilmaz and Kelly ever since. They've always been there for us.

We bought our 3 bed apartment in 2008. The process was easy from start to finish. We used Didim Sun (Max and Kelly) and we cannot fault the service they gave. Everything went without a hitch ie; military searches,solicitors, translators and we received our Tapu within a few months. We have recommended Didim Sun to several friends, all of who have been happy with the excellent service they have received. We went to Altinkum in August 2008 for my sisters 40th birthday, with no intention of buying a property. We happened to see a duplex we really liked, but were very wary of the whole buying process. A couple of weeks later we went back to purchase the property. Kelly and Max helped us from start to finish, with all the paperwork and the solicitor. We even came home with the Tapu and the Habitation certificate. We were really impressed. Any stresses or problems we've had we've emailed Kelly and she's sorted it out for us. (Bless her). We always pop in to see Kelly and Max when we're on holiday. We look upon them as friends now.

We were recommended to Kelly and Max by friends. We had seen a property we liked at the end of our holiday but didn't know who we could trust as we had heard some really scary stories. As we were going home in a couple of days we thought there was no way we could complete before going home. However Kelly and Max stepped in and took over and everything was finalised before we went home. We had our habitation certificate and Tapu within 6 months (which must be a record) We had arranged for our furniture to be delivered but because of the ash cloud were unable to be there so once again Kelly and Max stepped in and overseen the delivery themselves. They look after the property while we are back in the uk and we trust them 100%.

We holidayed in Altinkum in September 2008. We thought we would check out property for sale there as we were looking to buy in 2009. Just off chance we spoke to Yilmaz and Kelly at their office, got some information on purchasing.etc. and left it there. We contactedthem in April 2009, told them what we were looking for price,location.etc. then went forward and met them for viewings in May 2009. We purchased successfully on this trip. Of course we were cautious but Kelly and Yilmaz put us at ease. We got our Tapu within the time space that they had advised and now Kelly and Yilmaz manage the rental of our property for us. They are a professional,understanding and totally trustworthy couple. We love to visit them when we holiday there and keep in touch throughout the year.

We would like to thank Didim Sun Properties in finding a buyer for our villa. This was the smoothest process I have ever experienced in selling a property, which was made so by the professionalism, friendliness and thoroughness of the staff from Didim Sun Properties. I was regularly kept in contact along the process which was very reassuring especially being so far away in the uk. They went out of their way to show people round my villa even on their days off. Once in Didim to complete the deeds transfer, Max took us to pay our outstanding bills, helped setup bank accounts and was with us at all times to reassure us through each stage and to complete the deeds/money transfer all of which was completed hassle free within one day.
